If you’re looking for a magical castle wedding venue in Rome, you will notice that there are very few venues. Luckily, Tor Crescenza Castle meets all of your fairytale needs, boasting an exclusive location and unforgettable, medieval atmosphere.
Tor Crescenza is perched in a dominating position on the northern outskirts of the eternal city, surrounded by vast greenery and a well-known Golf Club. It is not only on the top ten list of wedding venues in Rome, but it is also a historic building that dates back centuries, and inspired many artists and illustrators from all over Europe.
We received an enquiry from Marco and Zeina just a few weeks before their wedding in Italy. From both a professional and personal perspective, we have been truly honoured to be the wedding photographers for these two sweethearts. The winter marriage of Marco and Zeina was an international,  refined, exclusive event, planned by the talented Anita Galafate team, who organised the event down to the finest details. Marco and Zeina , however, took care of the little wedding details: from the Inox flask for spirits engraved with ” Put some hair on your chest” idiom to the one-of-a-kind wedding rings.
Marco and Zeina got ready for their big day in the heart of Rome, in a boutique hotel, called The H’All Tailor Suite. Zeina wore a classy Vera Wang creation and Marco was in an elegant, black velvet Alexander McQueen outfit.
The outdoor ceremony took place at night. It was celebrated in the British-style garden, popular for its carefully-selected, rare flora, and the scene was further embellished by magical stars in the night sky. Torches, starlight, candles and the dramatic setting all worked together to contributed to the magical atmosphere, and Zeina’s walk to the aisle was incredibly touching. If you’re looking for inspiration for your couples’ photos by night, you should take a look at some of the nighttime wedding photographs we took. Even though it was dark, the photo session by night added an extra touch of romance to an already magical atmosphere.
Winter is becoming a popular time of the year to tie the knot. But a winter wedding in a castle? Even more magical, and the perfect opportunity to stay in the warm near the beautiful fireplaces while watching the magical views outside. The couples’ high-class reception took place in the internal courtyard, surrounded by the green forest and berry-coloured flowers, with a hint of white, soft candles and fairy lights.
Thank you to the Italian-Syrian-Lebanese-American couple who are both characterised by honesty, kindness, elegance and a big heart. Your wedding is one to lovingly remember.
